Area Sales Manager – Pekan Baru
(Riau - Pekan Baru)

Responsibilities:
1. Will ideally meet or exceed the objectives through setting-up strong distribution network within the assigned area
2. Sales Volume
3. Product Penetration (New areas/New Outlets) and by gaining mileage through operation efficiencies
4. Ensuring prominent product visibility and POS utilization in the region
5. Effectively manage distributor’s AR under company’s guidelines
6. To develop a high performance Sales Team and identify the future leaders to the management

Requirements:
1. Hold S1 Degree From Any Discipline
2. Having 5-7 Years Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies
3. Having Market Knowledge in Pekan Baru and South Sumatra Area
4. Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
5. Possess strong Analytical skills;
6. Making Trade Plans to increase sales volume
7. Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, Steady promotion within the organization hierarchical structure, Strong in-depth knowledge coming form traditional retail experience, and Project management experience/policy making/Trade Programs implemented
8. People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
9. Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
10. Willing to work in the tough environment (result oriented)
